Our new factbox shows useful prepayment information at a glance, including the document's amount invoiced, amount to invoice, tax amount, and the total amount.
The new Prepayment Amount to Invoice field let's you immediately know how much prepayment remains to be invoiced.

Increased flexibility and efficiency when updating prepayments

Set fixed prepayment amounts in addition to the standard percentage prepayment.
Adjust the prepayment values on multiple lines with the new Bulk Update Prepayment action.
Made a mistake? No worries. You can simply update the prepayment amount on a line without having to credit and re-create a new prepayment.

VAT on prepayments

Dealing with taxes on prepayments are easier as VAT are derived from the order lines rather than from the G/L Account.
